INSTRUCTIONS & REGULATIONS

The participant must comply with the rules and regulations set by the academy and follow all instructions from the management. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the subscription without any refund.

• Training is not permitted if the participant is wearing attire that does not conform to the academy's dress code.
• I authorize the provision of medical care for the participant in case of an emergency, with the guardian bearing full responsibility for all medical expenses.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect the participant during training must be disclosed. The academy assumes no liability for any consequences arising from non-disclosure.
• The participant assumes full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
• The academy reserves the right to capture photos and videos for marketing and social media purposes.
• The academy is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

TRAINING TIMING AND ATTENDANCE

• Commitment to the Academy's Scheduled Timings: The designated training schedule cannot be changed unless availability permits; therefore, please choose your training time carefully.
• One missed training session may be rescheduled per month.
• Absences due to health issues can only be rescheduled with a valid medical certificate.
• Absences due to exams may be rescheduled if the exam falls on the same day as the training session.
• No additional time will be provided in case of late arrival.
• Selecting or changing a training schedule is subject to approval by the assigned supervisor only.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS

• Trial classes duration is for a maximum of 15 minutes.
• Trial classes will not be counted as a regular class.
• The academy is not responsible for the participant before and after the training class.
• Any information or feedback about the progress will be through the supervisor in charge only.
• Parents are responsible for their kids during their presence inside the academy.
• Payments made for (registration fee, Academy Uniform...) are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it is considered final and non-refundable.
• In case of special circumstances the student's membership can be cancelled and the refund will be generated for the remaining/pending classes only and not for registration fee or uniform fee.
• Refunds will be generated as per the same mode of payment during registration within 5-7 working days.
